(R)-(+)-WIN 55212, often simply abbreviated as (+)-WIN-55212, is an aminoalkylindole analog that is a small-molecule chemical compound agonist of the human cannabinoid CB1 and CB2 receptors[1], with a Ki of 62.3 ± 31 nM for hCB1 and a Ki of 3.30 ± 0.40 nM for hCB2 against 0.5 nM [3H]CP 55940[2].It was discovered by Compton et. al in 1992 at the Medical College of Virginia at Richmond, Virginia.
