Three Subjects were available during the incident, Dr Tyra and Dr Reid. Subject is a infected organism of a possible Flood-Human Hybrid of Milgram's Research Report.
Dr Tyra acknowledged the protocols but went into the subject's room without proper safety attire and illegal clearance. Dr Reid disabled the Alert Level 2.
As of now, Dr Tyra is assumed to be infected. Dr Reid assist her and became infected as well. Decontamination measures were taken into consideration to stable the staff conditions. Infection Levels were beyond repairs. Security Staff were not to be risked.
Defensive Measures have been taken. Ceiling Turret 2 and Ceiling Turret 3 were used to eliminate the infected subjects. Incident was handled at 16:40:59 at 5th of January, 2560.
