A group of Elites who believe that they can persuade the prophets that they are worthy, they are the weakest against both the Covenant Sepratists and Loyalists and Flood.

[edit] Backround
Led by Rekua 'Arkanee, and made up of Elites. With a strange mix of the commando, Acsetic, and assualt armors. They noticably had the honor of returning the "ee" to thier names. They have been known to board ships, and raid camps.
[edit] How the faction came to life
They appeared in the middle of the civil war, after Rekua 'Arkan was rescued, he betrayed his allies, and got all troops under his command to kill the Sepratist leaders, and failed. Later they escaped and began to rally up more elites for the war. Unknown to the forces, Arkanee is currently investigating Installation 05 for Elite surviviors and a way to activate the ring.

Very much like the Elite ranking system. The only difference is the fact that that the minors are marked with blue and white, majors are marked yellow and white, and the ultra's are white and purple.
