Port Neandra was a major port-city in the continent of Tourtwign, and the capital of the planet Hope. During the Loss of Hope, Port Neandra was attacked by the Covenant directly after their attack on Icaria.
Forerunner Archeological Site and Conspiracy[]
On June, 7th, 2550, objects of Forerunner origin were recovered only a half of a mile outside of the city limits. The UNSC quickly retrieved these objects, and the site was kept-off limits to all civilians for exactly a year. The UNSC claims to this day, that no other artifacts have been recovered from the site since.
