The Galactic War was an encompassing war throughout the Orion Arm of the Milky Way Galaxy, officially beginning in 2604 with the Destruction of Dashan.
It would be formally instigated by the United Nations Space Command in response to hostile terrorist actions perpetuated by Unggoy and Sangheili terrorists on Dashan.
