Chief Petty Officer Liam-083 (Liam Matthew McGuiness at birth, Liam O'Connell post-conscription and Sierra Zero-Eight-Three by Alpha Numerical designation) is a SPARTAN-II commando and special warfare operator. He is an original member and longtime leader of Bronze Team.
