A MR02 Assassination Rifle in use
The MR02 Assassination Rifle is an advanced carbine utilized by the UNSC Marine Corps., specifically CARNWENNAN marines. The weapon is produced and manufactured by the Misriah Armory.
The MR02 Assassination Rifle consists of shortened barrel with the potential to fire at long range targets. An integrated silencer prevents the user from becoming widely recognized by the enemy. An innovative holographic targeting system (similar to a scope) may be activated in order to assist in targeting a victim. Located on the underside of the rifle, a deployable grapple hook and line allows it's user to scale large walls.
