Phade Technology Industry is a non-government reformed private company, serving for almost 200 years. It is a major universal player in a number of markets including medical hardware, defence, and system engineering.
One of Phade's subsidiaries is a private military company with a highly-trained security force capable of rescue, reconnaissance, and special operations. The corporation utilizes the force to secure and protect its assets and researches.

[edit] Formation
Phade Technology Industry was founded by Sergeant Jarred Fergus along with other anonymous figures in 2395, where the headquarters were primarily based on the north of Harvest. Phade Technology Industry was originally established to compete in the technology development market, which back then was not on the radar of the major technology manufacturers such as Misriah Armory. As they manage to expand and produced better technologies for their clients, their headquarters were shifted on Earth, located in Athlone, Ireland in 2473.
[edit] Outbreak
Numerous viral outbreaks have been reported, though considered small contaminations by Phade's staff, have claimed the lives of 14 million residents in two planets.
The first virus, codenamed DUN-1A, was accidentally set loose after a breach of protocol in one of Phade’s facilities, spreading across New Hope (Planet) and engulfed it in only 3 hours. Effects of the virus were immensely quick. Once exposed over 30 seconds, the victim will feel a quick blood flow in their veins. DUN-1A quickly changes and transcript every biological state of the victim. However, the incident was quickly resolved as Phade's paramilitary and bio-hazard team were sent 48 hours after the viral spread.
The second virus, codenamed ST-3M is a genetically-enhanced stem cell. Phade Technology Industry spent 25% of its finances on this research. It was theoretically to be able to heal injuries and help increase vitality and soon to replace the standard "biofoam", a healing tool for injuries. Near the end of its experimentation, the virus suddenly reacted differently. On its 41st experimentation on subjected-to-be-terminated criminals, the affected subject manages to escape its chamber and loose around the city. After 12 hours, reports of hundreds ill-resident began showing typical ST-3M symptom. Nearly 3/4 of Ypres (Planet) was engulfed by the virus. The outbreak was soon settled again by Phade's paramilitary bio-hazard team which took them 3 weeks to contain the spread.
The outbreaks were well covered up, thanks to the well-managed blockade and power over the media conducted by Phade. Though some people survived the outbreak, none of them were able to recall the past incidents. All of them were relocated to another planet.

Though it started as a technology development and management corporation, Phade since the 26th century has mostly focused its finances on firearms manufacturing, ranging to tens of available armaments, ready for purchase. Also, with its applicants being mostly Firearm companies and Military corporations, the situation became more severe.
Because of this, the public tends to think of the company to be more military-based rather than helping the community. To solve this hostility against the public, Phade changed its financial plans to support the medical branch which focuses on health research. An example of this research is the St3m, a user-friendly product that acts like an instant heal foam and the H-Elixir, a medicinal product which rejuvenates and refreshes the systems within the user's body, thus extending the life expectancy by a mere percentage.

During the Great War, Phade Technology Industry experienced several facility relocation, avoiding the potential Covenant invasion. Though business in developing weapons and distributing survival products seemed to be very profitable, several of their facilities (A total of 13) were destroyed on planets they predicted not to be found by the Covenant.
During the First Battle of Earth, the corporation's headquarters were invaded by Covenant Forces who used it as a ground base for troop deployment. Luckily, most of its personnels manage to escape into the underground facility beneath the headquarters with the entrance being cloaked. None fought against the invaders as the facility doesn't supply any weapons. The personnels remained underground until they hear a confirmation from the UNSC about the safety of the area.
[edit] Rebuild Era
After the devastating Great War ended, the economy of the entire Human Colonies went down, causing a widespread financial declination in both public and private corporations though some were able to survive with support from the UN.
Although they receive many profits from selling armaments and equipments to the UNSC during the Great War, Phade Technology Industry suffered a major hit in its financial report, a total of 755 billion cR worth of damage, internally and externally. Clients began pulling out from their Support Program and Weapons Program over the assumption that cheap material would replace the original product they bought.
Reaching a critical level in 2557, they revived their service system that includes production of public appliances and electronics. Steadily rising, Phade Technology Industry began paying debts to its private contractor to begin building lost properties. In 2559, numerous military projects surfaced from the UNSC. All were rejected because of the ridiculously expensive funds except for one, the TITAN Project. With their loyal scientists and technicians around, the Project was successful and Phade began inclining from the darkness of the economy blackout.

Phade Technology Industry established its "planetary expansion" over 14 systems as they moved their headquarters to Ireland after successfully maintain a good position and reputation in the major market. There are several branches located on seven technology-centered areas (Harvest, Coral, Mars, Tribute, Charybdis IX and Crystal).

The Headquarters are separated away from the facilities, avoiding problems if surfaced. These facilities are located on three prominent planets, (Earth, Harvest and Crystal) which proved to be very strategical points for artifacts collection.
- Alpha Facilitatory Program
- The Alpha Facilitatory Program (or AFP) is an underground storage facility, holding much of Phade Technology Industry's prototypes and experiments. The program holds also several classified projects, some of which to be revealed as the KATANA Project (Later on known as Project HAYABUSA after the first three successful prototypes) and the Radial Surveillance Pre-Console (Later became the Integrated Radial and Communication Consoles), and kept under tight, procedural security to avoid any other leaked information.
- L.I.M.A. (Local Intelligence of Military Application)
- Deals with Military Application, mostly designs, redesign and re-modify weapons. Also, LIMA often cooperate with Alpha Facilitatory Program, manufactures body suits to help enhance units' performances. As stated above, the KATANA Project was one of the biggest project LIMA ever handle, next to the Firearm Program purchased by the UNSC.
- Veredus Research Facility
- Veredus Research Facility (or VRF) is an underground facility, conducts various experiments, enhancing every performances of a product. Most of its experimentation was with Covenant Technology when the Human-Covenant War started. This Facility has help the UNSC countless times during the Human-Covenant War, countering every Covenant technology has to deliver (This ranges from Plasma Blot Resistance, Reversed-Covenant Shielding System and the Camouflage Cloak).
[edit] Alternate Facilities
Alternate facilities are located on random planets (Within the human colony space zone). Most of the were disguised as another structures as they played major roles in enhancing the products. They were put in such high security level to avoid leaked information which might ruin the Company itself.
- Armacham Research Facility
- A research facility disguised as a Solar Power Tower, located on south of Mars. Phade conducted most of its military hardware and software experiments there, including the creation of the KATANA Project.
- Europa Sixth Laboratory
- Located on the far east of Tribute, disguised as a dam. The facility is responsible for the creation of the G-W-B parasitic organism that claimed 300 residents. It is also home for Covenant Engineering program where they conduct reverse-technology for the use of the UNSC and themselves.
- Main Research Facility (Also known as Terra Facility)
- Known as the main research facility, it is located in Dublin, Ireland. Being a high-profiled facility, it was disguised as an additional Teacher's Lounge in Trinity University. It has access to a water treatment plant, allowing an alternate route which leads to River Liffey directly, or to the Grand Canal.The Company holds most of its important undistributed artifacts and products here. It was never mentioned to any Phade's staffs except those who are in the Committee and the Board.
- Biohazard Corporation (BioCorps)
- Biohazard Corporation is a tertiary science division located on New Hope, next after Veredus Research Facility. As the name suggest, it deals mostly with hazardous chemicals. Their personnels are also responsible for containing outbreaks. It has a very close ties with UNSC Supply branch, mainly because they are the main supplier of Deuterium.
- Rivetbitch.org (Research and Bibliography Organisation)
- Rivetbitch.org is a public organisation which helps spread the products to the society, serving as the main Contact Centre. Also serving as an enrollment branch, Rivetbitch conducts biographical research on figures.
- Synapse Corporation
- Originally the centre for Phade's database and server, located on Harvest. Synapse for now involves in AI research and also Advanced Nano-Technology. Synapse has numerous infamous history of hacking attempts on ONI computers, trying to obtain information classified to the public and even the UNSC. Though most attempts were unsuccessful, they were able to attain the Forerunner Files. Synapse has other purposes, though not mentioned entirely.
- Ares Shipyards and Fleet Systems, Incorporated (Ship Production Branch)
- Ares Shipyards and Fleet Systems, Inc. was originally an independent ship-builder that fell onto hard times. When Phade Technology Industry came along with the offer of buying up the company, the ASFS CEO jumped at the chance. Unfortunately for him, Phade's buyout breathed new life into the company, and ASFS began receiving ship-building contracts from the UNSC Navy. They are currently the UNSC's primary choice for heavy capital ship production.
- ASFS is responsible for the creation of the Leonidas-class Heavy Battleship and the Liberty-class Destroyer

Phade has been one of UNSC's firearm manufacturers and contributed most of the products to them. It has some rights in redesigning the weapons given to them though it seemed insignificant to have such things.

The Crucible Firearms Series is a line of Modular Weapon System platforms conceptualised, designed, and produced by Phade Technology Industry. The entire line of firearms are designed to be extremely versatile, limited only by the operator's ability to change components, carry said components and ammunition, and their choice to decide which components to bring on a mission. The first Set, called the "Model MRa/MRb/MRc Systems" or "Set 1" was released in 2575.
