Pierre Plantard after his inauguration for a fourth term as UEG Secretary-General in 2572

Pierre Nicolas Plantard is a French-born UNSC politician and the 60th and current Secretary-General of the UEG. He is currently in his fourth term of office, which began on June 15th 2572 after a seven-year period without elections due to the Second Great War. As leader of the UNSC Conservative Party, he has led the UNSC through its worst series of crises in Human history, from the last year of the First Great War, through the War of Vengeance and the Second Great War, and is currently leading the UNSC and its allies in the current Cold War with the Unggoy Star Empire.
Plantard is heavily inspired by war leaders such as Winston Churchill and Franklin D. Roosevelt. His public image and height (or lack thereof), however, is inspired by Nicolas Sarkozy, the current President of France.
