Raga 'Fersam is a High Councilor. He is also the Supreme Commander of the Fleet of Unmitigated Truth and Zealot to the Covenant Separatist Army. He valiantly serves in the war against the Covenant Loyalists alongside High Councilors 'Anthanee, 'Rasamee, and Antairious.

[edit] Childhood

Raga was raised in the slums of Sanghelios. As a boy he continually wandered the city with some of the other homeless children, pretending to be a fierce Sangheili warrior, dispatching invisible enemies with pretend weaponry. Raga's life all changed the day he met a boy named Zuka 'Anthanee. Zuka and Raga became quick friends exploring the city by day and parting ways at night until the day news had come that Zuka's father, Dola 'Anthanee, had observed the boys playing in the streets and saw this as a sign of their potentil to become warriors. Dola was planning on taking the boy under his wing and training him, along with Zuka, to serve in the Covenant; He eagerly awaited the day he could enlist in the Iruiru War College.

Raga 'Fersam began his career as a Minor Domo in the Covenant military. Immediately after only a few battles his superiors thought he showed promise and promoted him to a Major Domo. His fellow Sangheilians watched in awe as he received promotion after promotion. Finally he ended his career in the Covenant military as a Zealot , due to the Sangheili secession from the Covenant. Following this he served in the Covenant Seperatist army and was promoted to the rank of Zealot Supreme Commander. he continues to serve to this day. He was recently promoted to High Councilor by Zuka 'Anthanee.

His training to become a warrior began at a very young age. He started training at Iruiru War College on Sanghelios. Here he was trained in the use of all Covenant and UNSC weapons and vehicles.

[edit] First Battle of High Charity

Raga 'Fersam was one of the many Sangheilians who fought on High Charity during the Great Schism. He fought his way through numerous Jiralhanae to get to the docking bays of High Charity. After arriving in the docking bays he proceeded to board a Type-52 Troop Carrier marked for evacuation from the city.

[edit] Second Battle of Installation 00

During the Battle of Installation 00, Raga 'Fersam was one of the many Sangheilians who served with the Master Chief in the disabling of the shield towers that were protecting Truth. He fought alongside Master Chief to rescue Avery Johnson and deactivate the shield barrier. He was evacuated from the installation afterward.

Currently, he is participating in the ongoing war between the Covenant Separatists and the Covenant remnants, patrolling the fringes of Covenant Separatist controlled space, along side of his fellow Councilors: Zuka 'Anthanee, Zuka 'Rasamee, and Baracuss Antairious.

Raga 'Fersam is currently a High Councilor. He is also the Supreme Commander of the Fleet of Unmitigated Truth and the Shipmaster of the Indefinite Justice. He is serving in the Covenant Separatist army as of now.

[edit] Artificial Intelligence

'Fersam's ship, Indefinite Justice, is supported by a tactical AI. This AI is designated as Infinite Query. Infinite Query will occasionally send notice's to 'Fersam's allies via his comm array. He also has an open comm relay which anyone can use to communicate with him. Infinite Query was copied from the AI of the disabled UNSC Frigate Illinois. This took place before the Sangheilians allied themselves with the Humans.
