"What are you looking at?"
"What?"
"You were looking at me."
"Was I?"
"Don't lie. I saw you."
— Trevor and Jessica aboard Kilo 417, before the Retaking of Harvest
Jessica, or SPARTAN-039 was a SPARTAN-I in Spartan Group Omega. She was the team's close-quarters combat officer, and a Petty Officer First class in Omega One. It is said she had a love affair with Trevor-056, Omega One's leader.

[edit] Summary
[edit] Personal File
Jessica is known to be serious, and sometimes shy. Although a brilliant tactical officer, she was an invaluable soldier to the UNSC's Spartan Group Omega.
[edit] Favored Weapons
Jessica usually used the MA2B Assault Rifle and the M7 Caseless SMG. She liked the M7, unlike other SPARTANS, because although it's range was incredibly short and it was relatively weak, it could easily dispatch foes at very close ranges, and could fit a silencer on the end of the nozzle. One of her favorite characteristics of the M7 was that it was very small, allowing for easy concealment and portability.
She liked the MA2B because mainly of it's firepower. She wasn't a fan of it's bulky size, and it was unusually loud without a silencer, which unfortunately added on to it's already heavy weight.
[edit] Strengths
Tactical Warfare, winning.
[edit] Weaknesses
Being loved.
[edit] History
[edit] Birth and Childhood
Jessica was born in New Britain, on Ganymede, the biggest moon orbiting Jupiter, on February 7, 2507. Early childhood was spent in the Children's Institute of Military Training near the edge of New Britain. Even though the Institute only allowed children eight to sixteen, Jessica was accepted at a mere four. By the age of six, the UNSC discovered her potential for the military and pressed her into the SPARTAN-I program. By age thirteen, she had been appointed Close-quarters Combat Specialist, and co-Chief of Omega One.
