Jonathan is the leader of Orange Team. He's a very skilled leader and uses the different abilities in his team to form a perfectly operational squad. He knows his team better than anyone else do, and he has the full trust from his teammates, allowing them all to perform the best they can.

While he and his teammates are not one of the best Spartans individually, as a team, they are one of the four best Spartan II Class III teams. Jonathan always have a good view of the situation, and have an "ability" to feel when things isn't right. This has saved the team from traps on many occasions.
