His early years Gary was the kind hearted team member from Operation SILENT BOMB and (see Battle of Geer) He was partially shy. Until a meet in with an elite commander. Where somehow in their 45 second long battle after Gary killed the elite. All the elite's soul and anger flew into Gary. Now at the age of 25 Gary is a ruthless team leader of Team Gamma 2.

Gary living on Reach wasn't hard from being stolen and having a flash clone replace him. He soon learned what he was in and met his soon to be team at the age of 6. After augmentation process which he passed. Although not fully given team leader at first he did lead the team against the other 14 SPARTAN 2.5 teams in a training combat course when Gregory was taken out after showing in a training course before he moved forward through the track he'd pause to think then went. His first mission was ( OPERATION:SILENT BOMB)Which costed him 2 of his team. Though his team was the only one to enter the covenant Armory and plant the 2 C7 satchels within to destroy it successfully timing guard movements within the facility they stealthfully succeeded. He was soon ordered to military planet Orin losing the battle and also military planet Geer to protect it from an inevitable Covenant glassing. Which he did as he hijacked a covenant battleship and destroyed the others and planted a nuke inside with Gamma 2.

[edit] The Flood
The flood to Gary are fascinating to him since in relax time at bases he'd watch zombie movies. He feels that they are the true zombie of the milky way galaxy. He once said " Hey flood are zombies instead of the head you go for the tentacles in the chest the samething" Now studying a dead carcass of a marine that was infected he learned of the infection form location was the kill spot. He also knew dismembering caused it to be non lethal. Now with the newly evolved flood with pure forms Gary is studying stalker form and how they can actually transform midway and see if and what time its weakest. Especially the tank form during that time.

Thats right before augmentation at the age of 14 Gary actually fell in love with 2nd in command and friend (SPARTAN-078G) But after Augmentation he never showed signs of feelings again. But who knows what he actually still feels for her. They still show affection for each other in some movemants and words to each other but know UNSC protocol.
[edit] Appearance
Gary is 7 feet tall with fine toned muscular figure. He has hundreds of scars some being millimeters to others going across his whole entire back from plasma burns. His right eye was torn from a plasma bolt from a sniper shot going through his visor as the visor slit his whole entire eye was cut vertically in half. UNSC replaced it with a new robotic one that can link up with the neural implant. His hair is still partially UNSC crew cut attire but is little bit gorwing back since he's been in duty in his armor for some time. He has a small goatee that covers his chin and some under lip. His left hand is completely scarred from dipping his hand is plasma fluid when a special data disc was dropped in it. He has a clean chiseled chin. As well having a scar going horizontally across his nose bridge.

[edit] OPERATION:SILENT BOMB

Performance:
Under the command of SPARTAN-678G this was Gary's first ever mission/operation. He and Gamma 2 were to destroy a Covenant armory that was providing the covenant with massive amount of weapons. Gary followed Gregory's orders and was a infiltrator with 8 other spartans while the rest scout. All Gary's recorded kills were stealthed and never alarmed any guard in the facility. The following were the kills marked: 12 grunts, 5 elites, 1 jackal, and 8 brutes. His main fire arm was a MA5B assault rifle. He and SPARTAN-034G were the ones who planted the 2 C7 satchel charges on the armory. During the exfiltration of the armory the squad was located as 2 of Gary's squadmates fell in combat. Once approximately 305 yards away from the facility with the help of the rest of the spartans as sniper for cover Operation Silent Bomb was considered a complete success.

Performance:
During this encounter Gary and Gamma 2 were resting upon the planet. The Covenant fleet surprised Orin and her defenses as it only took 14 days to wipe out her forces. During those 14 days Gamma 2 received their new Mark V armor and helped in defending the Prototype NOVABOMB files. The files were extremely important in that if the covenant had received them they would have learned of the prototypes where abouts and destroy it. During the 4th day the main facility harboring the data was assaulted by 3 scarab walkers. Gamma 2 was told to high jack at least one to take out the rest. Gary and 4 other spartans would jump on the closest scarab while Gregory and the rest would distract it. Initially the distraction worked but for a cost Gregory was killed by the scarab's eye blast. Thus beginning Gary's new role as Team leader. Successfully high jacking the scarab they turned it towards the closest one that was advancing on the compound Gary ordered the fire as the scarab's blast knocked the remaining 3 over like dominos. The next 10 days Gary led Gamma 2 in Guerilla warfare against the covenant patrols as Gamma racked up 1,245 kills altogether. Gamma 2 on the last trip out escaped on the UNSC halycon cruiser UNSC Eagle being a group of 3 escaped ships Orin was a complete loss.

Performance:
At least a year later after Orin, Gary gained confidence as the new Leader of Gamma 2 and was promoted to Petty Officer 1st Class. The team also learned to trust him also, but knowing of a following fleet Geer was ready for the entire year. It came to a suprise that the covenant finally arrived but in a small fleet. Gary reached his battle stations with Gamma 2 and commandeered a Hornet and lasted through a 2 hour dogfight with banshees. As Covenant Glassers arrived in the atmosphere of Geer, Gary and Gamma 2 took banshees up towards the closest Glassing ship. The 12 banshees were considered for repair as they were let in. Gary led Gamma 2 from the docking bay all the way to the bridge. The insurgency lasted about an hour as covenant guards were no match for the 12 man team. Gary remembering the covenant vehicle flight guide turned the glasser almost into a stall and allowed glassing rays to hit the other glassing cruisers. Although reported kills only qualify by gun fire the true reported kills could be in over 10,000. The covenant fleet couldn't stand a chance as Gamma 2 left the glasser with a bomb inside and had a covenant AI fly it towards the fleet ship. The bomb detonated and threw all ships in the vicinity of the blast out of orbit of Geer and destroyed them on Geer's moon, Kernel. The covenant leave hundreds of stranded squads in the wheatfields as Gamma 2 and several other marine squads hunt them down for days. Gary after saving Geer was awarded the silver cross.
[edit] Battle of Outskirts 6

Performance:
- There are reports that Gary and Gamma 2 were in over 12 other missions before the Battle of Outskirts 6 but are still classified by ONI.*
The Battle of OutSkirts 6 happened about 4 hours after the slipspace rupture destroyed New Mombasa. The UNSC forces that were far enough away from the blast were ordered to retreat south. Thus Gamma 2 was harbored in the Outskirts about 22 miles away from New Mombasa. As the forces led by not only Gary but Major Bricks were traveling south towards a hidden base, covenant forces ambushed the humans. Gary ordered forces to fight back and for about the first 30 minutes it was a stalemate. Gary tried ordering Scorpion squads to flank left of the covenant. But he was to busy himself keeping advancing Brute platoons from over running the lead warthog convoy. The covenant considered it defeated the humans, as Gary and Bricks told their troops to retreat south at full speeds. At Gary's first led large force battle was his loss. UNSC forces lay rest on the deserted on Capetown the closest city towards the coast.

Performance:
7 days after the loss of Battle of Outskirts 6 the UNSC forces under the command of Gary and Major Bricks rest and ready for the oncoming covenant attack. This time prepared, with an prototype land mac cannon the UNSC had a back up counter attack. Soon the covenant caught up on the rocky hills above the city. Although not on the highground, Snipers instantly took out incoming jackal snipers and anti air units take out banshees with the help of newly prepared Hornets. The MAC cannon is dropped off by 10 pelicans that are harnessed to the gun. While the pelicans struggled to place the weapon in the middle of the harbor, Gamma 2 proceeded with support of the battle. They used hills covered in forests to flank the brute battalion. They planted C7 satchels in unknowing places that the brutes didn't see as they support fired upon the humans. The C7s went off as the remaining brutes were picked off by Gamma 2's snipers. Gary ordered a scorpion tank gunner to man the mac cannon. Placing ordinance fire upon the covenant forces awaiting behind the hill the mac cannon took out several hundreds with the fire. Covenants later on began to retreat as they knew they had lost majority of their forces. Boarding the sides of Hornets, Gamma 2 and the Hornets gun downed fleeing ghosts, shadows and infantry as they tried to retreat back towards the covenant cruiser. The city was claimed and rebuilt into New Capetown and a statue near the city shopping center comemerates SPARTAN-089G and Major Bricks for their leadership against the covenant offensive.

After the end of the Human-covenant war and the several small conflicts after with stragglers and insurrectionists. Gary retired on 2559 and went to Earth to live a relaxed life. He soon found it extremely difficult to find a job after most in the communities he moved in to noticed he was a SPARTAN. He became extremely depressed and resorted to nicotine to calm him. After several years working hard labor jobs he met his wife Chelsea. Who appreciated him in every way. They married on the hill of Thermoplyae next to the spartan memorial. After 2 years of being pushed by his wife to conceive they finally had 2 children a son and a daughter. The son Gail and the Daughter Lynn were essentially themselves SPARTAN 2.6s. On 2568, people found where Gary and his family lived and began to vandalize his home. Soon a group of insurrectionists informed of his whereabouts entered his home at night and tried to assassinate him and his wife. Gary successfully stopped their pathetic attempt at killing his blood. Instead of killing them he broke their legs and ribs and turned them into the police. He soon realized that the UNSC wasn't done with the innies and soon with the consent of his family rejoined the ranks of spartans. But the UNSC didn't need him and gave him leave as he still stayed with his family. 2 years later the infamous incident of the URF's successful destruction of Dallas with the Obliterare Perfudi infection spread. He was sent with SPARTAN Team Gamma 2 entered and placed a fractioned nova bomb. But as he was completing the mission his family was killed by criminals in a bank robbery. Overwhelmed with anger the spartan hunted the criminals down and killed them. He was arrested by the police but was bailed out by the UNSC.
