The Shadow of Retribution (SoR) was a Covenant Separatist CSO-class Supercarrier. It was commanded by Andromeda Vadum and in his absence it was commanded by Thel 'Xofam. It served as the flagship of the Fleet of Furious Retribution. When not leading fleets into battle, its secondary role was to defend Sanghelios from invaders in the Shadow of Intent's absence.

By 2574, the SoR would serve as Pandora's protector along with a UNSC flagship.
