I'd just like to point out that the UNSC has only found two Covenant planets thus far and does not know the location of Joyous Exultation. However, I might just let this slip if you change the date so it occurs after Operation: TORPEDO (Pegasi Delta) and change the planet to some other Covenant world, as Joyous Exultation is a secure Covenant colony as per Ghosts of Onyx.
