The Twelfth Fleet was a major formation of the United Nations Space Command Navy during and after the Human-Covenant War. It was notably disbanded in 2558; three years later, however, it would be reactivated as a foreign occupation fleet. It would remain in this role until the outbreak of the Second Human Civil War in the 2580s.
