Colonel Urban Holland (February 18th, 2500 - September 1st, 2552) was a Field Grade Officer of the Army Forces Command. Holland is best known for his work within the UNSC Special Operation Command's Third Combat Action Group, where he served as the executive commander of Noble Team.
Urban David Holland was born on February 18th, 2500 to Army colonel Richard Holland and elementary school teacher Sarah Holland. Urban was the second of three kids, two boys and one girl. For the first several years of his life, Holland's family lived in a large apartment in New York City, before moving to a countryside home in Buffalo, New York. Several days after Urban's tenth birthday the family moved to Boston, Massachusetts in order for their children to move closer to their father Richard, who was serving at Chawla Base.
From then on, the children were raised in a strict, military fashion. While attending the English High School of Boston, Urban mainted a 4.1 GPA and actively particapted in the school's JROTC program. During his senior year in high school, Urban decided to attend a UNSC Army military academy at West Point, a desicion that was made while under pressure from his father.
