For my first-ever series, The Forerunners Chronicles, I used the names of some characters from the story I linked below, because they are very fitting for what I have in mind. I intend on finishing parts 3 and 4 soon, but I also bring my attention to stories outside the series.

I heard that this wasn't really by Joseph Staten, and that it's fanon, but I think it's pretty good. Anyway. Be patient, read the whole thing, and don't skip over anything you find boring, because all of it is important. It's 119 pages long, but it's a script, not a story, so it shouldn't take you that long. Don't scorn any of the ideas if they're different from the actual Halo 3, because remember, this was pretty popular before the actual thing came out.
