Vee is the leader of the terrorist group, SBVS (Spartan Breakaway Vengence Squad), and is responsible for numerous bombings across UNSC controlled planets.

Vee was found on London Station, and the puzzled crew sent her to their commanding officer, who inturn sent her to be trained in the Spartan-II project, where she was trained as a demolitions expert. At the age of 16, unable to cope with the continous pressure and injuries sustained in training, she led a group of likeminded recruits in an escape from the facility, this group would be the core of the SBVS.

The group first tried to expose the UNSC as inhumane for their treatment of childroon, but their calls fell on deaf ears. Taking up the training they had been taught, the SBVS organised the several car bombs to be driven into the White house, which led to numerous deaths, but failed to gain attention about the UNSC, with the media making them out to be mindless terrorists.

They organised several other bombings of government buildings on other planets, but all it succeeded in doing was make the UNSC more popular as they attempted to combat them.

[edit] Partnership with the UFF

Vee would come across the UFF during a meeting with the weapons dealers White & Wong, who, thinking the two would attempt to "out buy" each other in weapons, organised both their meetings at the same time.

The SBVS would become a steadfast ally of the UFF, as they both seeked to topple the UNSC, and they would work together for many battles, with Vee eventually falling in love with their leader, Rasputin Volveneuk.

Vee is ambidextoris, agile and acrobatic, allowing her to easily slip in and out of many situations, she is also an expert at all things that explode, and often carries several grenades of all types, as well as a modified brute shot that has a longer and faster shooting ability, she also has a pair of smg's that she is skilled with.
