Weber was the bodyguard of Matthew Tetsuo, and current bodyguard of Kaneda Tetsuo. An ex-Sumo wrestler, Weber joined the Yakuza, and thus later the UFF.

Weber was born in Tokyo, and was raised to help run his familiy's store. Due his his unique strength, Weber was often a good help with heavy lifting. Eventually he met a Sumo Wrestler called Hiro Takeshi, who saw the potenital in Weber, and trained him.

Weber was a natural at the sport, and was soon entered into competetions, which Weber easily won. Weber was soon one of the youngest undefeated champions of Sumo.

But, Matthew Tetsuo, the leader of the Yakuza, would soon approach him, and offer him a largw sum of cash to throw the next fight. Weber agreed, and Matthew won millions. It was the start of Weber's relationship with the Yakuza.

Weber was eventually hired as muscle to support the Yakuza, in their desperate struggle against the UNSC. Matthew trusted Weber enough to appoint him his bodygaurd, and to help raise his son, Kaneda.

Weber was looking after Kaneda, when the 441st Marine Division stormed Matthews hideaway home, and killed him. Kaneda was the new leader of Yakuza, and Weber, sad at the death of Matthew, vowed to protect him.

Weber followed Kaneda into the UFF, and agreed with them joining. He also accompanied Kaneda on many battles.
